Cara is originally from Duvall. She became interested in physical therapy following running injuries in high school and during her time running for Boise State University. She places a strong emphasis on optimizing movement and providing individualized care to her patients in a holistic manner. While attending Northern Arizona University, she became more attuned with how to better serve her patients using compassion, empathy, and skilled therapy. As a physical therapist, she is devoted to helping her future patients identify their potential while improving mobility, decreasing pain, and providing goal-driven success.
