Sarah Pongon, PT, DPT

Sarah is originally from Vancouver, Wa. She decided to become a physical therapist in high school after being treated by one for a knee and shoulder injury. She became interested in orthopedics due to the ability to see a variety of diagnoses, being able to utilize creative treatment options, and being on the cutting edge of new research and intervention techniques. As a physical therapist, she emphasizes education and giving her patients a “toolbox” of personalized exercises to empower them to direct their own plan of care. In her free time, Sarah enjoys biking, paddleboarding, playing spikeball, ultimate frisbee and rock climbing.
